Job Full Description

We are seeking a professional and detail-oriented Administrative Accounting Coordinator to join a local growing office team.

Responsibilities:

Greet clients and answer incoming phone calls in a professional manner
Provide administrative support to the office and assist with daily operations
Process financial and client-related documentation accurately
Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
Schedule appointments and coordinate calendars
Scan, file, and organize confidential documents
Utilize accounting software and Microsoft Excel to support daily tasks
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient office operations

Qualifications:

Previous experience in an accounting or administrative support role
Experience with QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel is required
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
