RN Healthcare Quality Leader Regulatory & Data Integrity

Lee Health in Fort Myers, FL is seeking a Healthcare Quality Manager to lead the clinical quality abstraction team and oversee regulatory performance reporting across the system.
You will analyze care trends, implement corrective actions, educate staff on data accuracy, and coordinate with risk, legal, accreditation, and EPIC analytics to address payer requests and external reporting requirements.
