About the Opportunity – Accountant

We are partnering with a growing organization to identify a skilled Accountant who will play a key role in supporting day-to-day financial operations and ensuring accurate financial reporting. This position offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment while contributing to process improvements and business growth.

Key Responsibilities – Accountant

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, journal entries, and general ledger reconciliations
• Assist with month-end and year-end close processes
• Analyze financial data and prepare reports for management review
• Reconcile bank accounts and balance sheet accounts
• Support accounts payable and accounts receivable functions as needed
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements
• Assist with audits, budgeting, and forecasting activities
• Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and internal controls

Qualifications – Accountant

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
• 2+ years of accounting experience in a corporate, public accounting, or related environment
• Strong knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP)
• Experience with accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• CPA designation or CPA-track experience preferred but not required
