That means you get the best of both worlds — a tight-knit, no-nonsense culture with room to advance and make your mark.At ETE REMAN, we expect every team member to:Bring a positive attitude and support your teammatesFocus on quality and keep customer satisfaction at the center of everything you doFollow established policies and processes, while staying flexible as things evolveShow up on time, stay engaged, and work with passion, urgency, and focusAim to not only meet but exceed goalsMake continuous improvement a daily goalJob Overview:As a Cycle Counter, you will be responsible for inventory accuracy – making sure that the physical inventory quantities and locations match with the records in our ERP system at all times and help to resolve problems.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Setup daily cycle counts in our ERP;Use the system to execute the cycle count daily;Review discrepancies and perform re-counts when counts are out of tolerance;Conduct Physical Inventory when required;Report on the inventory accuracy in the daily standup meetings;Help to make sure all products and shelves are labeled properly;Analyze cycle count error to find root causes;Help to drive solutions to root causes of cycle count errors;Liaison with ERP team to share data and collaborate on corrections and solutioning;Ad hoc inventory reporting as needed;Support safety rules and engage in safety observation process;Be an active member of the shipping team;Qualifications:Computer literate, strong communication and good math skills, able to work with Microsoft OfficeExperience working with ERP systems and barcode scanningAbility to drive a forklift and become certifiedMust be 18 years old, high school diploma preferred, detail oriented, automotive/mechanical ability a plusWillingness and understanding you will get dirty at times, and may have to work with chemicalsHave a Can-Do Attitude, with good time management, communication and decision-making skillsSelf-starting and motivated; believe in teamwork and uphold the ability to always help othersAdhere to all safety rules, give it your all every day, must have regular, reliable, and predictable attendanceEqual Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
