About the Role
The Company is seeking a Managing Partner to take on a multifaceted role that includes mentoring a local team of Wealth Advisors, leading the expansion of the region through both organic growth and the integration of acquired wealth management practices, and serving as the Lead Wealth Advisor to a select group of complex ultra-high-net-worth clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the team provides the highest level of service to high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clientele, as well as leading the cultural integration of any newly acquired practices. Collaboration with business development professionals to build the region through various channels is also a key aspect of the role. Applicants for the Managing Partner position at the company should have a proven track record as an advisor, with a focus on serving ultra-high-net-worth clientele. The role requires a candidate who is local to the Greater Seattle region and is experienced in the 10M+ level of client service.
