One of New England's most respected construction management firms is seeking an experienced MEP Coordinator for a direct hire role in the Beverly, MA area . Qualified candidates will bring a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a minimum of 5 years experience focused on MEP/FP systems within commercial construction.

responsibilities:

• Be the main point of contact for all things MEP, helping guide projects from preconstruction through final turnover and commissioning
  
  
  
• Work closely with Project Managers, Superintendents, Engineers, and subcontractors to ensure everyone is aligned and building systems are installed correctly, efficiently and on schedule

• Review drawings and BIM models to catch coordination issues, design conflicts, and scope problems before they become costly field problems

• Lead MEP coordination and clash detection meetings, bringing together trade partners and project teams to keep projects moving forward smoothly
  
  
  
• Walk projects in the field, inspect completed work, identify quality concerns, and partner with subcontractors to quickly resolve issues and maintain high construction standards

• Support system startup, testing and commissioning efforts to ensire every building system is operating as intended before project completion

• Bring a proven understanding of commercial building systems, a Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, and/or 5+ years working in the field hands-on with MEP/FP systems

• Familiarity with Procore, Bluebeam, Navisworks and BIM platforms is preferred
