Operations/Sales Assistant

We are seeking an organized and customer-focused Operations / Sales Assistant to support order processing, customer service, inventory coordination, and sales operations. Responsibilities: Process customer purchase orders and order entries. Manage customer inquiries, pricing, availability, returns, and order status. Coordinate with warehouse, accounting, and sales teams. Monitor backorders and update delivery schedules in ERP. Generate reports, process invoices, and maintain records. Support inventory replenishment and inventory counts. Assist with e-commerce orders and administrative tasks. Qualifications: 1-2 years of order entry, sales support, customer service, or operations experience. Bachelor's degree preferred. Intermediate Excel skills required (Pivot Tables & VLOOKUPs). Experience with ERP and CRM systems preferred. Strong attention to detail, organization, and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
