You are comfortable influencing cross-functional partners and communicating with senior leaders.The impact you will have:As Corporate Strategy Manager, you will independently lead strategic projects and major workstreams across QTS. You will partner with business leaders to define objectives, direct analysis, develop recommendations, and drive initiatives from planning through delivery while ensuring work remains aligned with QTS business priorities.Job Duties:Independently structure and lead strategic projects or major workstreams from planning through deliveryDirect quantitative and qualitative analysis and translate findings into actionable recommendationsLead and influence cross-functional partners to achieve strategic initiative objectivesDevelop project plans, milestones, stakeholder engagement approaches, and executive-ready work productsPresent recommendations to senior leaders and incorporate feedback into execution plansApply QTS, industry, and market data to evaluate opportunities and business performanceProvide day-to-day guidance to project contributors and handle confidential information with discretionBasic QualificationsA bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience5+ years of overall professional experience2+ years of strategy or management consulting experienceExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExperience leveraging analytical skills to assess program effectiveness and make data-driven decisionsAbility to leverage existing problem-solving skills to address challenges and optimize program outcomesAbility to build trust-based relationships at all levels of an organizationExceptional organizational and time management skillsWillingness to travel up to 25%Preferred QualificationsMBA or other applicable advanced degree preferred7+ years of professional experience preferred3+ years of strategy or management consulting experience preferred1+ years of people leadership experience preferredExperience with data centers or other capital-intensive industries is preferred but not requiredKnowledge, Skills, AbilitiesIndependent project and workstream leadershipAdvanced analysis and business judgmentExecutive-ready communication and presentation skillsCross-functional influence without direct authorityAbility to structure ambiguous business questionsPrioritization, adaptability, and discretionIn accordance with applicable law, the following represents a reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation for this role if hired in Virginia. The successful candidate’s starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location.The estimated pay range for this role, if based in Virginia, is:$129,700.00 - 198,428.00Please note that this information is provided for those hired in Virginia only, and this role is open to candidates outside of Virginia with compensation that aligns with your location.
