Registered Nurse - Cardiac Cath Lab/EP

Job Summary:

Seeking an experienced Cardiac Cath Lab RN to provide specialized care in interventional cardiac procedures. The ideal candidate will have relevant experience and certifications to support patient care in a fast-paced cath lab environment.

Responsibilities:

• Perform and assist with diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterizations and angiograms.
• Monitor patient vital signs and respond to any emergent issues during procedures.
• Administer medications and contrast agents as prescribed.
• Document all procedures and patient responses accurately in the electronic medical record system.
• Collaborate with cardiology team to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and infection control protocols.

Qualifications:

• Active RN license in South Carolina or applicable state.
• Minimum of 1 year of cath lab or interventional cardiac experience.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Strong knowledge of EPIC charting and documentation.
• Ability to work a 5x8s daytime shift and be available for call every 3rd week.
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
