Dunkin Assistant ManagerAs a Dunkin Assistant Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the success of our Dunkin store by providing leadership, guidance, and support to the team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the Dunkin brand, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of effective team management.Our mission is for every assistant manager to successfully fill the shoes of a general management role in the future and continue to grow with us.As an assistant manager you qualify for monthly bonus based upon store performance.Being a family owned business we pride ourselves on support from each other and the upmost respect for one another in the workplace!Stores conveniently located around the Tampa Bay areaResponsibilities:Assisting the store manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.Take command when the manager is absentResponsible for the well being of the store and safety of employees when manager is absent.Customer Service:Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by consistently delivering excellent service.Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally.Train and coach staff on customer service best practices.Customer is always right mentalityOperations Management:Assist in managing day-to-day store operations, including opening and closing procedures.Monitor and maintain inventory levels to meet customer demand.Implement and enforce company policies and procedures.Perform manager's duties such as cash handling and daily paperwork on their days offSales Growth:Work with the store manager to develop and implement strategies to drive sales and meet targets.Identify opportunities for upselling and suggestive selling to maximize revenue.Develop action plan if your store is underperformingQuality Control:Ensure product quality and adherence to Dunkin standards.Exercise FIFO on a daily basisConduct regular inspections to maintain a clean and organized store environment.If you wouldn't eat it, don't serve itFinancial Management:Assist in managing budgets, controlling costs, and optimizing profitability.Monitor cash handling procedures and ensure accuracy in financial transactions.Understand the concept of how much a percent can matterTraining and Development:Conduct training sessions for new and existing employees on Dunkin policies, procedures, and product knowledge.Identify and nurture talent within the team for potential advancement.Keep tabs on the progress of your employees and their strengthsQualifications:Previous experience in a supervisory or management role in the food and beverage industry.Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.Familiarity with Dunkin brand standards and products.Basic understanding of financial principles and budget management.Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.Math/Writing skillsEducation and Experience:High school diploma or equivalentPrevious experience in a managerial role in a similar industry is an asset.If you are passionate about Dunkin, possess strong leadership qualities, and thrive in a dynamic work environment, we invite you to apply for the position of Dunkin Assistant Manager.
