Role Overview

The Baker at Yori will be responsible for daily production of breads, fillings and pastries with a focus on consistency, quality, and continuous improvement. You’ll work closely with our head baker to refine techniques, try new flavors, and uphold the standards and creativity that define Yori’s identity.

Key Responsibilities

• Daily Production — Mix, ferment, shape, proof, and bake breads and pastries with accuracy and care.
• Recipe Execution — Follow established formulas while maintaining consistency in texture, flavor, and appearance.
• Quality Control — Monitor dough development, fermentation, and bake profiles to ensure top‐tier results.
• Learning & Development — Actively study techniques, ingredients, and processes to improve skills.
• Kitchen Collaboration — Work as part of a tight, efficient team with clear communication and shared standards.
• Cleanliness & Organization — Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace at all times.
• Experimentation — Assist in testing new doughs, shaping methods, and baking profiles.
