Software Support Analyst - Hybrid

Software Support Analyst DFW Area | IT Department | Hybrid (Up to 3 Remote Days/Week) Are you the person who enjoys solving technical puzzles, tracking down the root cause of issues, and helping teams deliver reliable software? IRMI is seeking a DFW-based Software Support Analyst to join our IT team. In this role, you'll work closely with developers, infrastructure teams, and business users to troubleshoot software issues, monitor application health, support system upgrades, validate releases, and help keep our business-critical systems running smoothly.
