Job Description Job Description We’re looking for a motivated and customer focused Agency Producer to join our Farmers Insurance Agency team. As a Producer, you’ll play a key role in helping clients protect what matters most while growing your career in the insurance industry.

This is an excellent opportunity for a licensed insurance professional who thrives in a fast-paced, relationship driven environment. This job is in person at a Farmers Agency and is a Fulltime position where you will be selling Farmers Insurance products.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Educate clients on insurance options and help them select coverage that meets their needs.
Cross sell and upsell products to maximize client value.
Process quotes, applications, and policy changes efficiently and accurately.
Meet or exceed individual sales and retention goals.
Qualifications

Must have an active California Insurance License in Personal lines, Commercial or Life, Health insurance (required).
Must be bilingual (English and Spanish)
Prior insurance or sales experience preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn.
