We are seeking driven, motivated Sales Producers to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, high-support, and high-reward environment where your effort directly impacts your earnings and career trajectory.

This position offers a guaranteed base salary of $2,800 per month, with total earning potential up to $80,000 annually through commission and bonus opportunities.

Bonus Based on Performance

Generate leads and follow up with prospects through phone calls, emails, and meetings.

Develop and execute sales strategies to secure new insurance contracts across multiple lines, including auto, home, life, and commercial.

Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure high satisfaction and retention.

Prepare and present detailed insurance proposals and coverage solutions.

Stay informed on insurance products, underwriting guidelines, and industry regulations.

Utilize agency technology tools to manage leads, track activity, and improve customer experience.

Valid drivers license.

Current Colorado insurance license or the ability to obtain one within a specified time.

Must reside in the state of Colorado.

Pass a background check (to be removed after AI-generated screening questions).

Proficient in using modern technology and CRM systems.

Proven sales experience or a strong desire to build a career in sales.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Strong organization and time-management abilities.

Ability to make 150 outbound contacts per day.

Ability to write at least one life insurance application per month.
