Salary Information:

• $40,000.00 Base Salary + 50% New Bonus Commission (total of $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 annually)

Requirements

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Positive, enthusiastic, and professional attitude

• Solid work ethic and self-motivation

• Sales experience with a proven track record of success (preferred)

• Property & Casualty, Life & Health insurance licenses (If you do not have these licenses, we will help you obtain them!)

Responsibilities

• Secure new customers

• Identify customer needs

• Recommend ideal insurance plan options to existing, new, and prospective customers

• Achieve pre-determined sales targets

• Market appropriate products and services

• Establish client relationships

• Respond to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarifications
