Responsibilities Generate sales and service existing customers Assist in targeting new customers Cross sales, outbound follow up calls, and prospecting given leads Build business referral relationships Answer incoming phone calls and process policy changes as needed Qualifications Allstate Experience a plus Candidate should be professional, customer focused, have excellent people skills, and have a strong work ethic Be organized, able to multi-task and be efficient Self-motivated, reliable and have a positive attitude P&C License Required (Min Personal Lines); strong sales experience a plus Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply Licensing/Training In order to quote or sell policies, you need to have your license.
