Job Description Seeking Physician Consultants for Healthcare Industry Fast growing company, Flex days, Earn up to 3 Weeks PTO, Early Release Fridays and Generous Uncapped Commissions Mint Physician Staffing in Coral Gables, FL off of Miracle Mile is a well-funded, entrepreneurial, fast growing company that is looking for passionate, solution-oriented consultants to recruit quality physicians for our national client-base of healthcare facilities. As a Recruitment Consultant, your job will be to find, contact, and recruit physicians and other healthcare providers for lucrative Locum Tenens (temporary) assignments all over the nation. We offer base salary, healthcare benefits plus an uncapped commission plan, flex days (noon to 9:00pm), early release (3:00pm) Fridays, the opportunity to earn more than two weeks PTO/Vacation and a ping pong table in the office to blow off steam! We will train you on all of the unique aspects of the job and this sector of healthcare. Locum Tenens is a $2.4 billion industry and Mint Physician Staffing is well-positioned to serve the needs of specific our clients’ healthcare facilities. We are looking for high-integrity, performance-oriented individuals who exude the confidence and conviction needed to not only gain trust from physicians, but also to build lasting relationships. It will be your job to negotiate individual contracts and present temporary assignments to physicians in your network. Within two to three years of hard work many of our employees are earning well into six figures, even those recently out of college. Mint is owned and operated by Stuart McKelvey, a founding member of Monster.com. Just prior to Mint, McKelvey was Group President of the Monster.com Asia Pacific region, responsible for over 2,000 employees and $400 million of revenue. Mint is a private venture that is now growing rapidly under Mr. McKelvey’s leadership, most notably with 25% annual growth for the past three years. Responsibilities include: Consulting, sourcing, prospecting & building relationships with new & existing physicians in your network Handling internal processes related to on-boarding new providers Helping fill last-minute shifts and recruiting physicians for established clients This is a non-exempt, full-time (40 hours per week) position with a base salary, plus a generous "un-capped" commission plan— this is a six figure opportunity within 2–3 years. You will also be eligible for health, dental, and vision insurance.
