Our client, a leader in the technology industry, is seeking a Quality Control team member to join their dynamic team. As a Quality Control Technician, you will be part of a collaborative environment supporting various assembly projects. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well in a team, which will align successfully with the organization's goals.

Location: Franklin, MA

Pay Range: $28.70/hr. Schedule: Thursday-Sunday 7:00AM - 5:00PM

What's the Job?

• Perform quality control tests on different products
• Perform diagnostic testing and troubleshooting on systems, components, and devices
• Collaborate with engineers to analyze test data and determine root causes of failures
• Document and communicate findings, test results, and corrective actions
• Maintain and calibrate testing equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability
• Assist in the development of test procedures and protocols
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and efficiency

What's Needed?

• Associate degree or technical certification in electronics, engineering technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 2+ years of experience in a test technician, quality control, or similar hands-on technical role
• Strong computer skills
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and specifications
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
