A Magic Circle firm with a premier global platform is seeking a mid-level Technology Transactions associate to join its Silicon Valley office. The firm is performing exceptionally well in the U.S. market and has built a robust, durable presence advising technology-driven companies and investors on sophisticated, high-value commercial and transactional matters.

The Silicon Valley office continues to grow in a healthy, deliberate manner and is supported by a deep and highly respected partner bench, including several exceptional recent partner-level hires . The environment is collaborative, well-resourced, and focused on long-term excellence rather than short-term expansion.

The Technology Transactions practice advises on complex, cutting-edge technology matters, including software and SaaS licensing, technology development and commercialization, data and privacy–driven arrangements, strategic collaborations, and technology-heavy M&A support. The work is often cross-border and closely integrated with the firm’s elite corporate and regulatory practices.

Hiring Profile

The team is seeking mid-level associates with meaningful experience in technology transactions, particularly in software, SaaS, and technology-focused commercial agreements . Ideal candidates will have trained at an elite Big Law firm, be comfortable advising technology-driven businesses, and have experience supporting sophisticated transactions in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school; Elite academic credentials
• BigLaw training and experience
• Meaningful experience in technology transactions, including software, SaaS, licensing, data, or technology-driven commercial agreements
• California Bar admission or eligibility to sit for the California Bar
