Job Summary Provide care to an average of 5-6 patients per day. Flexible schedules to support work/life balance with Monday‑Friday schedules, no nights or weekends. Responsibilities Provide physical therapy assistance to patients in their homes. Manage your own schedule to maintain flexibility. Deliver high‑quality care in a home setting. Qualifications Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA). One to two years of experience as a PTA; community or home‑health experience preferred. Current BLS certification.
