Paladin Consulting is currently hiring a Legal On-Site Services Specialist to join our team working onsite at our client's office located in Orlando, FL. Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm Education/Experience Required: High school or equivalent Job Description & Responsibilities:

• Daily responsibilities will include office copy/print and inbound/outbound mail.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Candidates should be high-quality and have a polished/professional demeanor and appearance.
• Technical aptitude is required as the worker will need to be able to set up conference calls with laptops.
• Candidates must also have strong written and verbal communication skills.

• We are really looking for candidates that can demonstrate the following:
• Experience working in a legal office environment
• Work history demonstrating stability, job longevity is important
• Office Copy/Print Competencies
• Strong computer skills and technical aptitude
• Able to be on their feet for an extended period of time
• Non-administrative duties are primary in this role (not a sit-down job)
• Driving: No
• Dress Code: Business Professional (a step up from business casual)
