Family Practice/Primary Care Nurse Practitioner

We re seeking a dedicated Primary Care Nurse Practitioner who is passionate about making a meaningful impact on patients who need it most. In this role, you ll provide comprehensive care in a setting that values compassion, clinical excellence, and autonomy.

If you have at least 3 years of experience and hold autonomous prescriptive authority, this is your chance to bring quality care to those who often go without.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform Comprehensive health assessments and deliver primary care services to a diverse patient population.

Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions, ensuring evidence-based, patient-centered care.
Prescribe medications and develop individualized treatment plans in accordance with state regulations.
Provide preventive care, health education, and counseling to promote wellness and improve outcomes.
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure continuity and quality of care.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Current Nurse Practitioner License in Virginia
Current DEA (or ability to obtain)
Current BLS (or ability to obtain)

WORK/LIFE BALANCE:

No Nights
No Weekends
No On-Call
No At-Home Charting

ADDITIONAL DETAILS:

Monday - Friday 8am to 4:30pm
