Full-Time Receptionist

Benefits Paid Vacation Paid Sick Time Paid training No Sundays or major Holidays Responsibilities Greeting customers to our dealership. Answering incoming calls. Organize and input paperwork for management. Assisting our service customers at checkout. Managing loaner vehicles for our customers. Tracking the mileage and fuel levels for our loaner cars. Able to be active throughout each day. A lot of in and out with getting loaner cars as well as putting loaner cars away. Make sure waiting room and reception area are presentable. Fill the snack bar and clean the coffee machine. Make monthly employee schedules for time off. Full time position: Hours are 12:30-7:00pm, 7:30-4:00pm Saturday's, one day off during the week, OFF Sunday's 1 hour lunch. Drug screen required. Qualifications Team Player. Organized and structured. Intermediate Word, EXCEL, and data entry. Professional appearance Professional attitude and pleasant voice Attentive listening and phone skills Detail-oriented Adapt to changes in daily tasks when necessary Strong communication skills. Pay range $18-$20 per hour depending on experience.
