Marketing Associate

Amplify Surgical is a growing medical device company dedicated to providing innovative solutions in spine surgery. We are seeking a highly motivated Marketing Associate to support our marketing initiatives, trade shows, surgeon labs, and general marketing operations in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Plan, coordinate, and execute trade shows and conferences, ensuring seamless logistics and brand presence. Organize and manage cadaver labs for surgeon training, including setup, vendor coordination, and on-site support. Provide general marketing support, including collateral development, digital marketing assistance, and campaign execution. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support sales initiatives and product training programs. Ensure a high level of professionalism while interacting with surgeons, healthcare professionals, and internal stakeholders. Maintain compliance with company policies and industry regulations related to handling human tissue during cadaver labs. Minimum Qualifications, Skills and Abilities 2-3 years of experience in marketing, events, or a related field, preferably in the medical device or healthcare industry. Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with surgeons and internal teams. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and marketing software/tools (Adobe suite) is a plus. Ability to travel for trade shows, conferences, and training events as needed.
