Client Services Associate

What You Will Be Doing Respond to client requests for new project initiatives through our centralized technology. Collaborate with production team members to assess scope, estimate costs and timelines, and prepare detailed project instructions. Initiate project work and anticipate potential roadblocks to ensure smooth progression to successful completion. Address and resolve any pitfalls with the client before submitting to the production team. Set up project specifics to maximize production team performance. Learn clients’ industries, business needs, and cultures to educate the team and provide high‑level service. Monitor and communicate project progress, ensuring adherence to deadlines, budgets, and quality standards. Serve as the central point of contact and liaison between external clients and internal production staff. Set and fulfill client expectations. Comply with internal regulations, processes, and ISO‑aligned procedures. Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve project issues. Adhere to project instructions, effectively communicate with the team, and investigate client complaints when necessary. Discuss issues with clients and production staff and creatively problem‑solve to mitigate complications. Who We Are Looking For Bachelor’s degree. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. Exceptional problem‑solving and analytical skills. Customer service and/or project management experience. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multi‑task. Working knowledge of MS Office. Ability to prioritize, schedule tasks, and work effectively in a team environment.
