At least one year of PAT experience is preferred.Current RN licensure in the state of Arizona.Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS), and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), or obtained within 90 days of hire.Essential FunctionsAssess, plan, evaluate, and ensure the implementation of patient care to achieve identified outcomes and metrics.Deliver safe patient care according to hospital policy and procedures.Assesses patient status by phone or in person and documents appropriately.Works with anesthesia to coordinate care prior to patient admission.Acts as a guide for patients in obtaining necessary testing in preparation for their procedure.Implements appropriate standards of care based on assessment data.Assumes an active role in the provision of quality nursing care.Performs and documents clearances as needed.Sends cases to anesthesia for review, as appropriate.Maintains confidentiality of all facility and patient information as required by facility policy.Equal Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
