Area Manager

United Auto Credit Corporation

Job Summary Location: Remote, Eastern Standard Time zone only. As an Internal Area Sales Manager at United Auto Credit (UACC), you will be responsible for signing, retaining, and expanding relationships with both independent and franchise dealerships within your assigned territory. Your role involves building strong dealer relationships and leveraging our state‑of‑the‑art dealer portal, The Fast Lane. Compensation: $20 per hour base, uncapped commissions with potential total earnings over $100k in base and commissions. Key Responsibilities Make 70 or more outbound calls and maintain 2.5 hours or more talk time daily to dealers in assigned territories. Sign 3 or more new dealers each month, providing training and support to ensure early and continued adoption of our lending platform. Engage with underperforming accounts to establish value and ensure an ongoing partnership. Provide short‑term coverage for external markets during vacancies. Serve as a subject matter expert on all UACC programs, policies, and ancillary products. Collaborate with credit, funding, titles, and dealer compliance teams to resolve dealership issues within the territory. Deliver best‑in‑class customer service, including 24/7 availability to dealer customers. Qualifications Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced remote office environment. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Must be able to work Saturdays as needed. Self‑motivated, high‑energy, engaging individual with above‑average work ethic and drive for independent work. High level of objectivity with openness to feedback and change. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus. Prior experience in a challenging sales role is preferred, but not mandatory. Auto‑finance, dealership, or other sales experience is preferred, but not mandatory. Prior remote work experience is highly preferred. Benefits Uncapped commission structure with potential for substantial earnings.
