Member Services Representative (Remote – Washington State) Location: Fully Remote (Must reside near Renton, WA or Spokane, WA to pick up company equipment) Pay: $16–$20/hr Employment Type: Full-Time Schedule: Flexible 8-hour shift assigned between 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM PST, Sunday–Saturday Training Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM PST Are you passionate about helping others and delivering exceptional customer service? We are seeking a Member Services Representative to support members with healthcare benefits, coverage questions, billing inquiries, and provider navigation. This is a fully remote opportunity for Washington-based candidates who enjoy working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and are comfortable handling a high volume of inbound calls. What You'll Do Answer a high volume of inbound calls from members regarding healthcare benefits and coverage Assist members with billing statement questions and premium payment inquiries Research and explain plan benefits, eligibility, and coverage details Help members locate in-network providers and healthcare services Resolve member concerns and complaints with professionalism and empathy Support questions related to Medicare, provider assistance, remittance, and premium amounts Assist members with website navigation and troubleshooting Document interactions accurately while navigating multiple systems simultaneously ✅ Required Qualifications 1+ year of call center experience Strong customer service and communication skills Proficiency using multiple computer systems simultaneously High school diploma or equivalent Dedicated, quiet workspace suitable for remote work Must reside in Washington State and be able to pick up equipment in either Renton or Spokane ⭐ Preferred Qualifications Healthcare or health insurance experience Experience supporting members or customers in a high-volume contact center environment
