Integrated Mountain Group is seeking talented, dedicated individuals to join a diverse and dynamic team at a high-growth company. We are currently hiring an entry-level Customer Service Specialist for our Glenwood Springs office. This is a critical role in our organization, and the successful candidate will handle a variety of office duties, including answering phones, greeting visitors, and maintaining files. The Customer Service Specialist will also be trained on our software platforms to efficiently assist and support customers and staff, and will work closely with Accounting, Account Specialists, and Property Managers. Responsibilities

· Staff our call center and respond to customer calls and emails

· Manage the office phone system, automated attendant, and after-hours emergency client list

· Receive training on and assist with accounting tasks, such as receiving and logging homeowner and tenant payments

• Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and vendors
• Communicate and translate for Spanish-speaking tenants and homeowners

· Receive training on and assist with property management and maintenance software

· Receive, sort, and process mail and deliveries, including returns and exchanges

· Assist with mailings, customer communications, and community association packets

· Work closely and professionally with internal departments and external clients

· Assist new and existing tenants with vacancies, renewals, and inspections

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish

· Excellent oral and written communication skills

• Excellent organizational and time management skills

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Working knowledge of office equipment

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel

· Desire to grow and develop a career in bookkeeping, property management, and technical support

· High school diploma

· Driver's license

Compensation

· Negotiable, based on experience
