Member Risk Adjustment Coordinator I

Randstad

Position PurposeSchedule appointments, gather medical histories, and update member and provider information to support member outreach and claims reimbursement.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist members with scheduling office visits with their primary care providers. Retrieve charts from electronic medical record (EMR) systems and compile medical records to send to external parties for coding. Make outbound phone calls to provider groups to request necessary medical information.
