RiverMead, a premier not-for-profit CCRC in Peterborough, NH, is seeking an experienced Culinary Coordinator to help lead our dining services team.In this full-time leadership role, you'll oversee daily dining operations; service, food safety, and overall guest experience, while supervising dining staff and coordinating special events across our dining venues.What You'll Do:Greet and support residents and guests throughout meal periods, addressing questions and concerns as they ariseSupervise dining service staff, ensuring proper service techniques, sanitation, and side work are consistently followedOversee opening/closing procedures, station setups, and coordination of special functions with kitchen staffManage daily operational tasks — processing resident charges, updating menu slides, posting dining announcements, and labeling for allergensStep in during peak times to help with bussing, serving, or other tasks as neededCoordinate staffing and scheduling with other Coordinators and Managers; train and orient new dining staffQualifications:High school diploma or equivalent; 3–5 years of dining service experience with strong knowledge of service, sanitation, and food handling standardsStrong leadership and communication skills; basic computer proficiencyValid driver's license with a satisfactory driving recordPay and Benefits:Competitive pay based on experienceMedical, dental, and vision insurance403(b) retirement plan with up to 6% employer matchEmployer-paid Life and AD&D insuranceGenerous PTO from day one, with up to 360 hours of rollover$1.50/hour weekend differential (Fri 5:00 PM – Sun midnight)On-site Fitness Center and indoor poolCareer growth opportunities within a respected nonprofitApply today and bring your leadership and passion for hospitality to a team where your work makes a difference.
