Overview Peterborough, NH | Monadnock Community Hospital Salary: $18.10 – $27.15 per hour About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented Schedule Coordinator to support daily operations within the Orthopaedics Office. This role focuses on coordinating surgical schedules, managing patient communication, and ensuring all pre- and post-operative requirements are completed accurately and on time. Responsibilities Coordinate orthopedic surgical scheduling with providers and OR teams Communicate surgery details, instructions, and follow-ups with patients Review and manage pre-operative documentation and insurance info Schedule pre-op interviews, clearances, and required appointments Maintain accurate scheduling records in EMR systems Coordinate with vendors and internal departments Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent 1+ year experience in medical office or surgical scheduling Knowledge of medical terminology and insurance processes Strong communication and organizational skills EMR and MS Office proficiency Preferred Education in healthcare administration or medical assisting #J-18808-Ljbffr Pacer Group
