The work we do building families offers purpose, challenge, and personal reward—and we're just getting started.Opportunity OverviewWe have an immediate opening for a Fertility Nurse Case Manager to join our team at Fertility Centers of Illinois in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM or 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM Central Time; weekend and holiday rotationsCompensation: $72,000 to $84,000 per year (commensurate with experience)This role provides the opportunity to grow within a nationally respected organization while remaining closely connected to the patients and teams you support every day.How You'll ContributeAt US Fertility, collaboration is fundamental to how we work. Whether collaborating with more than 200 highly respected physicians nationwide or partnering with colleagues who are passionate about solving meaningful problems, you'll be surrounded by a team committed to shared success.In this role, the Fertility Nurse Case Manager will:Assist with the coordination, case management, and treatment of fertility patientsMonitor patients throughout treatment plans, providing direction and educationCommunicate physician orders and instructions, as well as laboratory results with appropriate interpretation and explanationEstablish a compassionate environment by providing support to patients and their familiesDocument patient care services by charting in patient and department recordsPerform phlebotomy procedures, including venipuncture and specimen collection, while ensuring patient safety, accurate specimen handling, and compliance with established protocolsWhat You'll BringWe're looking for professionals who bring both technical skill and a deep sense of responsibility to the care experience—individuals who thrive in environments where excellence, empathy, and accountability matter.Qualifications and Skills Include:RN required; BSN preferredCurrent state RN license without limitations requiredIVF/Fertility experience and background in women's health preferredProficiency in phlebotomy, including venipuncture, specimen collection, processing, and proper specimen handlingAbility to manage a caseload of patientsComputer proficiency requiredExcellent interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team and build and maintain effective working relationshipsStrong customer service and results oriented; highly responsive to requestsMore important than any single credential, however, is the right person.
