Job Description Job Description About the Role: Join NEW ENGLAND WOOD FLOORS INC as an Office Assistant, where you'll play a vital role in supporting our dynamic team in Pembroke, MA. Responsibilities: Manage daily office operations and ensure efficient administrative processes. Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings for the team. Handle incoming calls and provide excellent customer service to clients. Maintain organized filing systems and manage office supplies inventory. Prepare and process invoices, purchase orders, and other documentation. Support the team with data entry and maintain accurate records. Assist with marketing efforts, including social media updates and promotional materials. Collaborate with team members to improve office efficiency and workflow. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in office administration is a plus. Proven experience as an office assistant or in a similar administrative role. Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask. Positive attitude and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Familiarity with the construction or flooring industry is a plus. QuickBooks experience a must.
