Responsibilities
- Provide direct, compassionate nursing care to residents per the individualized plan of care.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician and in accordance with facility policy.
- Monitor vital signs, assess patient status, respond to changes, and document findings in the patient record.
- Assist with activities of daily living, mobility, and comfort measures; promote resident safety and dignity.
- Collaborate with licensed staff, physicians, and other members of the interdisciplinary team to achieve optimal resident outcomes.
- Maintain clear, accurate documentation and ensure compliance with infection control, safety, and privacy standards.

Requirements
- Active LPN license in Alabama (in good standing)
- LPN diploma or certificate from an accredited program
- Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing settings preferred
- Ability to work 3x12-hour night shifts in a fast-paced, resident-centered environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills; proficient in basic electronic documentation
