Physical Therapist (PT)

Join our therapy team as a Physical Therapist in a supportive, community-focused environment. Key Responsibilities Plan and implement individualized treatment programs for patients of all ages. Evaluate patient conditions, establish therapy goals, and develop corrective exercise and treatment plans. Supervise treatment sessions, monitor progress, and adjust programs as needed. Instruct patients and staff in therapeutic exercises, ambulation, and movement techniques. Perform assessments such as range of motion, strength, and functional performance tests. Administer modalities like ultrasound and electrical stimulation. Document care, communicate with providers, and collaborate with support personnel. Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants following regulatory guidelines. Qualifications Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) with current licensure in the relevant state. Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days. Skills & Qualities Compassionate, motivated, and collaborative approach. Strong clinical evaluation and treatment planning skills. Ability to teach and communicate effectively with patients and team members.
