Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a busy retail location, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and remain visible to help deter security-related incidents. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $15.00 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeSat12:00 AM - 12:00 PM Sun12:00 AM - 12:00 PM What You’ll Do Provide customer service to visitors, tenants, shoppers, and staff by following site‑specific procedures, access guidelines, and emergency response activities when appropriate. Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and/or local responders as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including sales floors, common areas, parking areas, entrances, exits, and the perimeter. Monitor for unusual activity, policy violations, and security‑related concerns, and document observations, incidents, and daily activities according to site requirements. Assist with crowd management, access control, and directional support during busy periods, special events, openings, closings, and/or deliveries. Minimum Requirements Access control and badge experience is preferred. A guard card or license is preferred. Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
