Rate: $80-95/Hour on W2
Job Description:
Key Responsibilitie
sIdentity & Access Management (IAM) Strategy and Executio
- nLead implementation and optimization of enterprise IAM solutions (Okta, MFA, Passwordless authentication
- )Identify and remediate authentication and access control security gap
- sDrive adoption of phishing-resistant MFA, biometrics, and Passwordless authenticatio
- nProactively identify gaps, risks, and dependencies, and drive resolution without requiring directio
- nContinuously adopt latest features and security best practices from Okta into the workflow, reducing friction in authentication workflow
- sDrive adoption of Zero Trust principles (e.g., ZScaler or equivalent solutions
- )Partner with security teams to identify high-risk applications and threat
- sEnsure secure access for internal users, external users, and M&A integration
- sCoordinate security reviews, audits, and remediation effort
- sEnsure compliance with organizational security standards and best practice
- sDrive adoption of new controls through awareness and phased enforcemen
- tDevelop supporting documentation and rollout plans across platforms (mobile, desktop
- )Cross-Functional Collaboration, Facilitate decision-making across architecture, security, and operations stakeholder
- sAlign technical solutions with business requirements and risk postur
- eProvide production support for both internal and external user
sRequired Qualification
- s12+ years in IT with focus on security, identity, or enterpris e architectur
- eStrong experience with IAM platforms (e.g., Okta, Azure AD, Ping
- )Okta certificate is require
- dStrong accountability for outcome s, including delivery timelines, quality, and stakeholder satisfactio
- nDeep understanding of
- :MFA, Passwordless authentication, and biometric
- sZero Trust architectur
- eDMZ and network securit y model
- sExperience working with enterprise-scale application environment
- sProven ability to drive cross-functional technical initiative
- sExperience in security transformation or modernization program
- sFamiliarity with ZScale r or similar Zero Trust platform
- sStrong stakeholder management and executive communication skill
