ServiceNow Administrator Position Overview G2IT is seeking a ServiceNow Administrator to support the administration, configuration, and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will ensure the platform operates efficiently, provide day-to-day administrative support, and work closely with technical teams and customers to enhance IT Service Management (ITSM) capabilities. Required Qualifications Active Secret Security Clearance Current ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification Current CompTIA Security+ certification 2–5 years of ServiceNow administration experience 4–7 years of overall IT experience Responsibilities Administer and maintain the ServiceNow platform and ITSM modules. Configure users, roles, workflows, forms, business rules, and notifications. Support Incident, Change, Problem, Service Catalog, Knowledge, and CMDB. Troubleshoot platform issues and provide day-to-day administrative support. Assist with platform upgrades, patches, and system enhancements. Maintain system documentation and follow ITSM best practices. Collaborate with customers and technical teams to support business requirements and improve platform functionality. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting enterprise ServiceNow environments. Knowledge of ITIL and IT Service Management best practices. ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS-ITSM) certification is a plus. Annual Salary $100,000k-125,000k, depending on experience #J-18808-Ljbffr G2IT
