- Greet customers and assess their vehicle service needs
- Recommend maintenance and repair services with transparency and professionalism
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and accurate service
- Provide updates and build strong customer relationships
- Drive sales through service recommendations and follow-ups
- $700/week base salary
- Commission + performance-based bonuses (earning potential increases with sales)
- Union-backed benefits package

- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Sales or automotive experience preferred (but willing to train the right person)
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
