Service AdvisorKayser Chrysler Center of Watertown is looking for an experienced, motivated Service Advisor to join our growing Service Department. We are looking for someone who understands that being a great Service Advisor is about more than writing repair orders. It is about building relationships, communicating clearly with customers, identifying their vehicle’s needs, and helping the Service Department deliver an excellent experience from check-in to delivery.What You'll DoGreet customers and provide a professional, welcoming experienceWrite accurate repair orders and document customer concernsRecommend maintenance and repairs based on vehicle needsCommunicate inspection results and repair recommendations clearlyPresent estimates and obtain customer authorizationMaintain consistent communication with customers throughout the repair processCoordinate closely with Technicians, Parts, and Service ManagementMonitor repair order progress and keep customers updatedReview completed repairs with customers at deliveryFollow up with customers after their visit when appropriateMaintain accurate records and follow dealership processesHelp achieve Service Department customer satisfaction, sales, and gross profit goalsWhat We're Looking ForPrevious automotive Service Advisor experience preferredStrong customer service and communication skillsAbility to confidently recommend maintenance and repairsStrong organizational and time management skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentProfessional appearance and attitudeComfortable working with customers both in person and by phoneA team-first attitudeValid driver's licenseMost importantly, we're looking for someone who wants to build a career, not just fill a position.Why Kayser Chrysler Center of Watertown?You will be joining a dealership that is focused on improving its processes, developing its people, and growing its Service Department.
