About the Role:

We're seeking a strategic and analytical Product Owner to support our TV+ Publicity & Marketing team. This role will focus on defining and delivering product solutions that enhance campaign planning, reporting, and execution across our marketing and publicity teams. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional partners to translate business needs into product requirements and drive execution from concept to launch.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders and engineering/design teams.
• Gather, define, and prioritize product requirements to support publicity and marketing workflows.
• Leverage analytical thinking to evaluate current tools and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with data teams to ensure metrics and reporting needs are accurately scoped and delivered.
• Define and maintain product roadmaps, aligning with evolving business goals and campaign timelines.
• Conduct user testing, gather feedback, and iterate on features to drive engagement and productivity.
• Ensure smooth adoption of new tools and features by creating documentation and leading demos/training sessions.

Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or in a similar role.
• Strong analytical skills with a track record of using data to inform decision-making.
• Proven ability to think critically and break down complex problems.
• Experience working with creative or marketing teams, preferably in the entertainment industry.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) and data platforms (e.g., Tableau, Looker) is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Background in media, publicity, or content marketing.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment.
• A passion for storytelling and entertainment.

Pay Range: $65/hr - $70/hr

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment. Our full-time consultants have access to benefits including medical, dental, vision as well as 401K contributions.
