Hospital DME Liaison & Discharge Coordinator

DASCO seeks a Hospital Liaison to serve hospital clients as an expert resource and partner in discharge planning for patients needing DME. You will deliver equipment in-hospital and coordinate home deliveries. Responsibilities include attending discharge meetings, assessing patient equipment needs, training patients and families, and ensuring HIPAA/compliance in branch operations.
