Diverse Staffing is hiring an Industrial Maintenance Technician in Fort Worth, TX. This is a skilled maintenance role paying $32.00 per hour on first shift with an emerging technology company that offers growth potential.

The right candidate will have hands-on industrial maintenance experience, basic mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills, and the ability to keep production equipment running safely and reliably.

Your Day-to-Day Tasks as an Industrial Maintenance Technician will be:

• Perform preventive maintenance on production equipment and machinery
• Troubleshoot mechanical and basic electrical issues to reduce downtime
• Repair motors, conveyors, machines, and related production equipment
• Use testing tools, including multimeter, to support diagnostics
• Document preventive maintenance, repairs, and equipment issues accurately
• Support safe and reliable equipment operation in a manufacturing environment

The Industrial Maintenance Technician Job Requires:

• Minimum 3 years of manufacturing or industrial maintenance experience
• Ability to troubleshoot basic mechanical and electrical issues
• Familiarity with AC/DC fundamentals and ability to use a multimeter
• Understanding of motors, conveyors, machines, and related mechanical and electrical applications
• Ability to perform basic reading, writing, and math
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand, walk, bend, squat, kneel, reach, push, and pull during the shift

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in ramp-up manufacturing environments
• Bilingual Spanish/English skills

Work Environment:

• Manufacturing and industrial production environment
• Standing, walking, bending, reaching, kneeling, and lifting during the shift
• Working around production equipment, motors, conveyors, and machinery
• Safety procedures and PPE requirements must be followed
• Noise, temperature, and production demands may vary by work area
