• Own advanced troubleshooting and repair for heavy-duty diesel, hydraulics, and electrical systems (CAN bus, ECM), plus medium/light-duty applications.
• Perform complete engine overhauls and rebuilds with exacting workmanship.
• Apply advanced diagnostic tools and service literature to resolve complex faults.
• Operate cranes and specialty equipment to execute high-skill maintenance safely.
• Mentor and train junior technicians; model best practices and teamwork.
• Interface professionally with customers; deliver clear diagnostics and recommendations.
• Record all work accurately; maintain detailed service histories.
• Advance process improvements while meeting safety and performance targets.

• High school diploma or GED.
• 5–10+ years in heavy equipment, diesel, or hydraulic repair.
• Expert knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems.
• Advanced diagnostic capability (e.g., CAN bus, ECM) and complex repair experience.
• Full professional tool set suitable for mobile field service.
• Self-directed, organized, and calm under pressure.
• Valid driver’s license; able to drive a company vehicle.
• Ability to pass background checks.
• Lift 50+ pounds; comfortable in indoor/outdoor conditions.

• ASE certifications T2–T8 or Master Diesel Technician.
• Experience as a lead tech, supervisor, or shop manager.
• Proven success in mobile/field service environments.
• Strong customer communication; able to lead projects on job sites.
