As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a financial institution, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a secure environment for employees and visitors. You will provide outstanding customer service, communicate clearly, and respond to security-related concerns with professionalism. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and/or emergency response activities at a financial institution.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site procedures, maintaining a professional presence that helps deter unauthorized access.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and document observations as required.
• Complete accurate activity logs, incident reports, and other required documentation while maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least one year of security-related experience.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
