FCL Export Specialist

CaroTrans Houston is looking for highly motivated and organized individual to join our export FCL team.

Requirements to candidates:

- strong focus on quality and communication

- positive and "can do" attitude

- attention to details

- ability to keep their cool in difficult situations

- good at fact gathering and suggesting a solution

Job responsibilities:

- pricing to clients and negotiating with steamship lines

- securing truckers in an intense market

- obtaining space on vessels in an intense market

- handling delays, changes and resolving issues, often under time pressure

-working and communicating as a team

- accurate and complete billing

- disputing incorrect charges with vendors
