Senior Director, Process Excellence & Automation Transformation

Labcorp seeks a Senior Director to lead global process excellence, automation, and enterprise work management initiatives. This role shapes transformation strategy, drives operational improvements across the organization, and oversees a distributed team managing strategic portfolios and digital enablement programs.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute global process excellence strategy, roadmap, and governance aligned with business objectives
Manage portfolio of process improvement initiatives with focus on measurable productivity and cost impact
Lead end-to-end business transformation programs including process design, standardization, and implementation
Oversee enterprise automation capabilities and digital enablement across business and technology teams
Establish performance dashboards, KPIs, and benefits realization tracking for strategic initiatives

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in business, operations, engineering, life sciences, technology, or related field
10+ years progressive experience in process excellence, operational excellence, or transformation
Expertise in enterprise automation, work management platforms, and portfolio governance
Proficiency with Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, and advanced analytics methodologies
Experience leading large-scale transformation programs in regulated or complex environments
Demonstrated ability to build and develop high-performing teams across global organizations
