As a Security Officer Access Control Driver in Archbold, OH , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more. Join Allied Universal at a dynamic food and beverage location as an Access Control Officer, where you will monitor entry points, verify credentials, and support security-related operations with professionalism and care. You will remain visible, conduct routine patrols, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. This is a driving post requiring a valid driver's license, offering the chance to work with a team that is agile, reliable, innovative, and grounded in integrity.

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or drivers by managing access control procedures, verifying credentials, and following site-specific security-related policies at a food and beverage location.
• Monitor entry and exit points, screen deliveries and/or visitors, and document arrivals, departures, and unusual activity in accordance with post orders and facility protocols.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and supporting emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around designated access points, production-adjacent areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized access and report maintenance and/or security-related concerns.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
