The role involves using cleaning equipment, performing floor care, cleaning restrooms and offices, removing trash, and completing basic equipment maintenance.Key Responsibilities:Operate vacuums, floor machines, buffers, and other custodial equipment.Sweep, mop, scrub, strip, wax, and buff floors.Clean and sanitize restrooms, sinks, toilets, showers, mirrors, walls, and floors.Clean offices, facilities, cabins, and other assigned areas.Dust furniture and vacuum/shampoo carpets.Wash windows and walls and empty trash.Minimum Qualifications:Ability to follow cleaning, sanitation, and safety procedures.Ability to understand and follow verbal/written instructions.Basic ability to maintain records and report facility issues.Custodial, janitorial, housekeeping, or cleaning experience is preferred, but may not be mandatory depending on the employer.Cogent Infotech is a leading tech consulting firm headquartered in Pittsburgh, PA, offering cutting-edge digital transformation solutions in Cloud, Cybersecurity, Data Analytics and AI.
